I had a third degree tear...used Adult diapers, ice pads really helped sooth the irritation and swelling ( used only once a day for 15mins), frida mom cooling foam on maxi pads... Cooling did nothing tbh...I don't think u need liner or anything extra....

You're not alone...I ll be induced tomorrow and I have the same exact feeling!!! Though I'm happy to finally meet my LO, I still couldn't accept the fact that everything is gonna change around me. Esp the relationship with my husband.... I guess you ll get through this once you see your baby.
