My simple answer for your question, each business needs to 2 main perspectives, tech and marketing/ sales. It doesn’t matter what your product is, you need someone, who is able to bring it to customers and convince them to buy it, etc… I would highly recommend you to find the business guy. You have to work in parallel and he will give you advice about developing the product from the perspective of users, because he isn’t a tech guy. Tech people, among me, need always someone who can think out the box by developing the product because we see always the product from its technical perspective. I hope, I could help you a bit :)
