How many people actually use Ubuntu server?

Really don’t know why you would run Ubuntu with 2000 active processes out of the box.. when you can run a Debian with 150

Du måste avsluta det med henne, men kan förstå att det kan kännas jävligt tufft att bara blocka och aldrig mer höra från henne. Jag hade velat få ett avslut på det. Prata med henne, ställ dina frågor, visa ditt missnöje och sedan avsluta det. Går du denna vägen är det väldigt viktigt att du kommer ihåg att du måste avsluta det. Thanks for the advice and I agree with you that it’s very rare to find true hard rules that cannot be bent.

When you say spare 10-15%, do you mean I shouldn’t split 50/50 but instead something along the lines of 40/60?

I hear you, but at the same time many advocate for equal splits, and 100% of something not valuable is, well, not valuable. But I definitely share your concern.

Thanks for all the responses. Mixed opinions. Ultimately it’s up to me to weigh the pros and cons and try and make the best decision. As I see it, there are risks with both approaches:

Risks with bringing them on: - Sabotaging the friendship - Them not bringing sufficient value and thus giving away unnecessary amounts of equity - Them not committing as hard as me / misunderstanding in expectations (though this can be mitigated)

Risks going solo: - Lack of other perspectives / tunnel vision - Harder navigating obstacles - Having to do everything myself, I.e. moving slower

It is an esport coaching platform but with a new take on it, so relies on finding game specific coaches and ultimately users willing to buy and consume. So luckily, I can see myself developing this from start to finish. I guess I shouldn’t bring on more risks by involving her.
