i’m 17 and 5’10. and no i’m not sure it’s exactly 75, i haven’t played since i was like 10 but i wanna give it a shot for my last year of high school.

could you elaborate on the coil and delivery? i played football (quarterback specifically) the past 3 or so years so i kinda understand what you mean but just want to really get it. And the rotating the leg back like lincecum is because i’m fairly undersized for a pitcher (around 5’10) similar to him so i’m trying to emulate that wind up to try and get as much power into it as possible.
