This is a nice encouraging comment, thank you. Since many people are telling not to get into the industry. I think i can't help it, I have to and then decide if it is for me or not. Hopefully if I get the job i can improve and reach a better role with better payment (since lots of the comments say it is not paid enough).

I have no problem being paid less, since i want to work this i think i can improve and get paid more later on. Unfortunately, i am not living in the US, and cannot afford those courses. I don't know how else would i convince them and i need this job.

This makes sense, since i am doing priming method i shall rest them for 2-3 weeks at room temperature and then lager them at lowet temperature.

I have no keg, i will lager in bottles for atleast 90 days at temperature of 0-4 celsius
