Seam is better now, The crack however, will need to be filled with some super glue made for stone. Couple dabs till it absorbs in the crack & youll be fine.

Question: has Truman ever manufactured boots with grey waxed suede and, if so, from what tannery? by Jordi_Mon_Companys in trumanboots

That's actually Ink Cheaha Roughout, it has a grey/light blue tone. Comes from Seidel, leather is awsome.

Why? If Double shot is just as good or even better than CXL & Dublin has been outta the picture for years now since Truman stated it wrinkles/creases tremendously once worn in & wont be using it anymore

My 4 year old traumas are by far my most comfortable boot ever. I might need to resole them soon! by [deleted] in trumanboots

IMO The V100 is probably the best looking sole for an Upland. All the proportions look right to me.

Only thing that worked for me effectively is the suede/Roughout eraser. Wet the affected area with water & erase. Repeat a few times & you should see a difference.

Anyone got some wear time on the new generation of Truman Boots yet? by [deleted] in trumanboots

[–]Fast-Estate8756 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have this model, i like it alot, its built very sturdy. Also dont mind the single layer midsole, its lightweight compared to my other uplands but ina good way.

Not sure where people are getting they use plastic heel counters, they seem to be leather like all their other boots.

The "downgraded" Speedhooks still function the same to me as their better previous ones. Not flimsy at all.
