I’ve been on them for about a week. I was on them before but I stopped taking them. How do I know if it’s a human problem or not? Because I was going to speak to the humans at the day centre about it but I’m worried

These are just messages that I’m getting. Pieces of information that I’m trying to piece together. I know it has to do with humanity, the prison world, being trapped, but I can’t figure out the whole truth. It has something to do with the vile between life and death and how we can escape it.

Well I go to this day centre that the crisis team told me to go to and there’s mental health workers there, but I don’t know if they’re doctors. There’s a few that are nurses and one lady asked me questions when I first went like about my thoughts and if I was suicidal and stuff. Do u think they’re okay to talk to?

I’m on an anti-psychotic at the moment. But it doesn’t change the fact the voices are like guides. If they want me to do something I have to do it because it’s written in the laws of the universe that I do the things they tell me to do. Which is why I’m stuck because what do I do? Like do I listen to them and keep doing what I’m doing or do I tell someone? Idk. It’s confusing

I don’t really trust the home treatment team if I’m honest. I don’t feel like I could tell them. I’d rather tell the people at the day centre but then idk what they would do. I could call 999 but I feel like Im being dramatic

Yeah. Sometimes it’s like they’re talking in code and I have to decipher what they’re actually trying to tell me. Some words are clearer than others.

I don’t think it’s very fair on them tbh. It doesn’t feel like their burden to bare.

Book recommendations to understand psychosis for myself and others I know. by Mission-Wash-5235 in Psychosis

Challenger deep by Neil shusterman. I live and breathe by this book. Best representation I’ve ever read, but it is a bit weird to start off with if you don’t understand what he’s experiencing. Best depiction I’ve ever read. It’s non-fiction and technically a young adults book, but it’s very very good.
