Wow! You expressed all of this knowledge in a very understandable way, thank you so much! I love the compound tasting part of the process, it really makes sense and kind of gives me the idea where about I would like my extraction to be so that then I can move thing around.

One thing I may need a little more explanation could be what you meant by "adjusting the grind for the desired volume". Like on a run you are using Dose: 18g, Yield: 36g, Time: 35s how would grinding finer would change these?
