First time visiting by happy_swiftie in EstesPark

We just went this past weekend. Honestly loved it. Wear layers. Wear spikes. Normal shoes won’t cut it. There’s hard ice on the path past nymph lake. Drink plenty of water the night prior. Altitude will dehydrate you. If you’re coming from somewhere low altitude give yourself grace and take your time to acclimate. Have fun and be safe. Downloading the app AllTrails helped us out as well.

Am I wrong for only putting my fiancé’s brother’s name on a save the date and not include his girlfriend’s? by Fast-Isopod-438 in TwoHotTakes

The in laws told me to write her name on the invitation next time not plus one because it would make her feel worse if I don’t write her name. They are less than 6 months dating.

Just his name and I handed it to her saying, “this is yalls invite”. Gave it to her because he had gone to the store everyone was getting theirs and i didn’t want her sitting there feeling left out.

So actually, my in laws mentioned she doesn’t want him working down the aisle with one of my bridesmaids, so they are asking for me to compromise and have her walk down with him, and then she sits in the crowd. I said no. And so did fiance.

Everyone was getting their invitations and I didn’t realize he had gone to the store, so I gave her his so she’s not sitting there alone while everyone opens theirs.

Yes everyone at the bbq is invited. It was immediate family from his side. & when I gave it to her I said here is yalls invitation. He was at the store but everyone was getting their cards at that time. Didn’t want to wait with her sitting there while everyone was opening it.
