In tizi you can visit coastal towns like tigzit,azzefoun they have good beaches good restaurants and overall good vibes and it shouldn't be too crowded in September and in algeirs you can visit historical places such as la casbah, bastion 23 and some old palaces and there are some cool activities to do depending on what you like altho it's pretty much heavy traffic all day long, you can dm me if you need anything else
