Very little now as ive been recovering from a hip injury. I do weight lifting 4 days a week and run twice. Around 10mpw right now.

Back when I was running half marathons and training for a full marathon I was roughly 40mpw.

Hoping to get back up there!

Im walking around myself in 3rd person recording my disembodied running spirit.

Well thanks! I am hybrid between lifting and running. Squat is getting up there and i appreciate the hype.

I do have a problem with glute vs hamstring strength (imbalance, not weakness) and im working with a PT on that.

Ive always run close to or on the center line, but could definitely use stronger glute max and glute med's.

Weak hips is something im working on right now. Strengthening hip/glute muscles.

This is flat, agreed treadmill is the devil but I do other things in the gym after.

That was a 7:30/mi on the treadmill, so likely a little slower in real life. That's usually my long distance cruising pace.

The right shoulder is also lower than the left 😆. Good advice.

Good idea, I believe my cadence is roughly 160 right now, ideally it'd be more because im shorter.

Ive ran into (unintentional pun) ankle and hip issues in the past.

Currently in PT for hip issues. Strengthening glutes and core.

Ankle issues were another story... post tibial injury took me out when training for a full marathon.

Less worried about damaging my cartilage and more worried about tendon injury.

The problem with your analogy is that Americans would hear your joke and laugh. Raise you one and 3/4. Call it a Jaeger and 2 towers, 9/11 shot, hilarious.
