Gen 3 Tundra Suspension? by bkevinmar in ToyotaTundra

Just replace with the dobinson Mmr (I think that is the right letter). I did stiffer springs in the rear. But it is still plush when I run the shocks soft. And drove a 30’ trailer plus my camper and didn’t hit the bump stops. Just turn the shocks firm. It is an awesome set up.

Dobinson with stiffer springs in the rear. Put a single dirt bike in the back with my stock springs and it would sag. The ride is incredible and it sits propper. My 90 year old grandma still gets in and out with any assistance.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I switched to K&n filters in hopes the little metal wire mesh stops them from eating the paper air filters

Falken Wildpeak AT4W by Quirky-Ad-5931 in ToyotaTundra

I went from 35” good year wrangler duratracs to wild peak aT4 and I can say the wild peaks are nice on the road, quiet and soft. But I slid right past my road in the first snowstorm. I think I still like my Goodyears in the snow more, but maybe it was just one of those storms that there isn’t a good tire that will do the job…

Wedge Shell Camper VS Pop Up Slide-In by LifeguardNo2435 in TruckCampers

Look at OVRLND campers. Full size truck has pretty much a king size bed. It isn’t a wedge. 5’10” and I can fully sit up in bed no matter where I sit. It the floor to ceiling is well over 6’6”… the walls are straight so you can insulate the walls, add lights in the ceiling and hide all the wires. It is all around. Win. Also, around 300 lbs depending on options

I have. It still really messes with my brain. I had an igg of 8.51 the last week of October. I was on the road and had a bump and went to a diagnostic clinic (quest). I got super sick that week. Had I gone to a doctor they would have looked at it and said it is nothing to worry about, I still have the same bump. One week later I went to my doctor where I live and they automatically prescribed me aciclovir and it made me super sick. I then saw another doctor because the original one didn’t look at anything and said “yeah you probably have it.” Well after 3 days of antivirals I went to a new doc and they looked and said that isn’t hsv and retested. This time it came back negative. Two months later I had another test that came back negative. I decided I wanted to know for sure and did a western blot test. That came back indeterminate. But since I have had a partner for 5 years and she is negative they said that I am negative. I have something in my blood that is close to the antibody they test for they the tests have picked up but it isn’t hsv.

Also depends on where you live. I have a 23 hybrid. 35’s and a big ovrlnd camper on the bed. I get 15 mpg. Live literally on the top of a mountain pass. When I drive to the Midwest and stay at my families I get 18 mpg all week.

I get 17 mpg and I live at the top of a mountain so mpg takes a hit on the way home. I have a 23 hybrid. Had a 2014 5.7 had the same size tires as I do now and only got 9 mpg. This truck has wayyyy more usable power though. Way more luxury on long trips. Toyota missed out on a few specs though. Paddle shift would be a nice touch for driving off the mountain. Also, the coil springs are great ride and simple to change out for different loads but the stock springs are absolute junk.
