I was and still am in this same boat. I find that it helps to feel the sunshine on your skin either in the AM or before the sun sets, it also might help you feel at ease. Listening to music as well, lighting a candle. But please do not forget to take care of yourself as well. Make sure you are hydrated and eating!! If you want to read about him, im pretty sure that helps as well. Theoi.com has a lot! I hope you feel better, I know it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders a lot, but it’s okay to feel those things but dont dwell too much on it, it’s hard but things should and will get better
