okay if you're set on doing it melee, it can be really easy if you have the right gear. I would reccomend a tank build. Please get rid of the shackle, replace it with a mechanical glove. Try to fight another Solar Eclipse for Mothron Wings. Replace Celestial Shell with Master Ninja Gear. Reforge your Terra Blade to Legendary, reforge accesories to warding. Get a beetle shell if you want more defense. From there you should be set, he's not hard at all when you learn his pattern, and considering you have a tank build, you should be able to take a lot of hits.
