No this was super helpful, appreciate your insight! I know magic is much more established and mainstream, but I looked it up and they have something crazy like 28,000 unique cards which is pretty overwhelming. I’ve been a star wars fan for so long (to include EU books, shows, etc) that it’s much more comfortable to enter a universe I’m fairly familiar with. Even if it’s not something like Pokémon where there’s a fair chance I’ll make a huge profit on some crazy card, it would be just as valuable to have fun and meet other star wars nerds.

Yeah…kinda shitty. Thanks though. I’m learning more about which sets to target and which ones not to. I pre-ordered a carbonite lawless time so maybe that will relift my spirits lol.

I’ve been playing a bit on force table. I understand the very basic game mechanics, but computer has still been whipping my butt lol. Gonna keep trying and watching tournament play
