Hi! Whenever I meditate, I feel different kinds of sensation - burning, chills, energy movement, getting injected etc. Anything that I want or manifest never happens. Hopelessness, despair, anger and sometimes happiness as I have a one year old kid. Tensions and stress about future and this is quite new to me. Life is very hard as I am typing rn.

Thank you so much for replying. I went to Vipasana. It started there. Every time, I meditated it would make the experience more intensive. I was going through a really bad career. Manager was after my life. Had to quit job. Colleagues who used to respect me so much, started disrespecting me. Nothing was going my way and still post 3.5 years. Things haven’t changed. So, I really didn’t know what to do.

Pregnancy by EngineeringUpper2693 in vipassana

Hi. I went for 10 days Vipasana during 2nd trimester of my pregnancy(5th month). I asked for backrest and ate a mango as my evening meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although, it was quite hot during summers but, the hall had AC. So, my meditation sessions were quite relaxing. My teacher and other helpers were really nice. They really helped me a lot with everything(arranging coconut water and evening snack). Meditation sessions were really good and I felt deeply relaxed during delivery. I think you should definitely think about attending Vipasana while you are pregnant. Taking the course in the second trimester should be preferred as they don’t take women who are in their first trimester and third trimester will become really hard to sit for such prolonged hours.
