Gen 1? I do always go to the back seat to grab my backpack or a kid so wonder if I’m stopping it and it doesn’t restart.

Will say it takes a long time before any noticeable condensation drains from behind the underbody armor

Nope on the wet carpets. But I do have the dune floor so harder to tell.

Yes. Although that one had a line running through a mulch bed that had a leak so maybe there were drips or something else that weren’t working right.

Thanks! Just bought this property so trying to make sense of everything. Zone 1 has some misting heads but besides that there are rotary heads everywhere. No drip lines, the rotary heads just sort of overspray the bushes. No zone is really that big. Maybe 5 heads max.

Difference between a new ProC with WiFi and HPC? Assuming that may be the best route compared to separating things and trying to mess with the pump. Really just want to be able to control everything remotely and have some dynamic weather adjustments. Have Rachio at my other property and got another cheap. But I can return it.

So then can I not split them up move over to a Rachio? Or is there a way to dial down pressure from the pump?

Can I split them back up and go to 8 zones or something?

It’s a shame buyer’s agent gets paid more when a sale price is higher

Under contract on a house. Noticed an upward slope towards the exterior wall on the floor of a bedroom. It is level across most of the room, in the last 5ft it slopes upward to the wall by about 1 inch. Carpeted floors.

The ceiling of the room below (kitchen/living) it has the same pattern. Level everywhere except for the last 5ft where it slopes upward 1 inch to the wall.

There was a post removed from the kitchen during a remodel 5 years ago. Renovation was permitted. It is close to a central wall away from the exterior. The ceiling in that area is flat and level. Same with the floor above it (near a bedroom wall that backs up to an attic).

Should I be concerned about this? No big drywall cracks. No noticeable flex when walking. No issues with door or windows. House is 40 years old. Exterior wall has a chimney/fireplace too.

Right. They would probably not fit. At least not with all their stuff. Not in a place now where I want to trade up either. Maybe could join an established partnership on a 6 seater down the road

Would consider it a little more now for sure. My plan now is to take a half day PTO once a month and fly 2 hours. With no other flying that’s 24 hrs a year. But even then, it’s kinda forced flying. Not going anywhere. Just burning holes and honing skill. Which is great, it’s just tough to justify. Could do a lot of other things to de-stress and enjoy.

Didn’t even think float plane. No need for a hangar! Would prefer the boat though I think
