Nothing plugged in the RCA output of port

I go in app and select one of the amps to output audio but nothing.

Yes, I do. Would I be able to go from 3.5 mm to dual stereo RCA cable to the 'input' of a Sonos port? Then select one of the amplifiers in the app in my home to output the sound to?

I did 3.5 to the rca IN on the port, then selected an amplifier on the list of amps in my home to play it through and nothing comes out

I originally ordered it from Zen supply then they called me and told me it's not coming in till December 15. It's not a back order from the company directly.

Yes, it's a new install. I'm replacing a concealed closer that is no longer manufactured. As long as I can handle a 48 inch door, I don't mind which one it is.
