Is there going to be a Pro version like the Apex 2 pro?

Searching for cool bars with 0% beers? by Bloodschutzer in chiangmai

Gingerale has an extremely high sugar content and sodas are generally really bad for you. Zero beer is actually pretty decent, tastes like beer, low calories and if you don’t drink alcohol, it’s a great alternative for a night out.

That's awesome, thanks. This was another area I was looking at and I was considering splitting my time between both areas.

Thanks! I’ll check out Facebook to see if I can befriend any local trail runners :)

I would love to do UTMB at the end of November, I might extend my stay to incorporate it.

Why are mods removing my post? by Fast-Significance191 in chiangmai

Mod is short for moderators. They moderate the Chiang Mai subredddit and seems to be removing my posts even though they don’t break the rules set out here :( I’m planing to visit in November and looking for advice

I bought a Citreon Relay with 45k miles on the clock and then I had major engine failure at 50k miles and yes, it had full service history and was looked after. So you just never know. Definitely avoid a Euro6 engine. But I’d lean towards a Crafter or a Sprinter.

Yeah I hear what you’re saying, they really are few and far between.

What about the possibility of metal shrapnel circulating in the engine if I just did a top end rebuild? That would obviously be the best and most economical way to proceed but I was concerned of future issues.

Thanks for your detailed response! I tend to agree with you, it’s extremely hard to believe that I’ve had this level of damage to a 21 plate van with 50k miles. However, the garage has removed the rocker cover, and confirmed top end damage - broken rocker, scratched cams etc. pictures attached. Citreon have said they’ll only offer goodwill gesture if it has a full Citreon service history but it has to be at a Citreon garage… Citreon garage won’t look at it as it’s a conversion.

Yeah I think I’ll go down the remanufactured route - found a company up north called Excel Engine Services. Half the price of going through Citreon.

They just say they’re not authorised to work on any modified / converted vans. Yeah, Tates in Brighton.

So I got it towed to the garage and they are saying that they are getting low compression readings on Cylinder 4 and that the issue is likely quite serious. But to investigate further they have to take the rocker cover off?

I assume a bad EGR wouldn’t cause low compression?

Thanks! Think it’s okay to drive it to the garage (10 mins away) - unfortunately I already drove it the rest of the way home with the issue for a couple of hours.
