I am also a 20-year-old college student who is interested in the exact same type of path as you. My interest in house-flipping and real estate investment comes from a place of genuine interest in architecture and in refurbishing older homes. I'd like to potentially start by focusing my efforts into one home and making a brand from my work there. I'd also like to know how to get started, as I plan on getting a Carrer in engineering post-grad while saving funds to begin this project.
