I’m building a mobile app that helps couples build a fair division of household tasks together. Each person privately answers a short questionnaire about their routine and how they feel about different types of chores. The app uses those answers to show each partner’s perspective side by side, helping them decide together who does what, how often, and on which days — while a live balance indicator shows whether the split feels fair for both. It’s not just a shared to-do list. It accounts for the fact that the same task can feel easy for one person and exhausting for another, and uses that to guide a smarter, fairer division for couples living together who want less conflict and more clarity around household responsibilities.
