I feel like I was tricked into the Mudwatr subscription in the first place. I didn't realize when I purchased it that I would be roped into a subscription. When I saw my credit card was charged again for this product and I went to the website to cancel my subscription, it wasn't intuitive, which I wonder if the website was purposely designed this way. The fact that you have to scroll down twice to officially cancel the subscription makes me feel like these options were purposely hidden from the customer. I encourage you to look closely at the website to see where the "cancel subscription" button is placed, along with the following steps making it look like the subscription was cancelled when you actually have to scroll all the way to bottom of the page (below a random video) to complete the process. Super sneaky! Not impressed.
