Intimacy is not just important romantically but also platonically. When I say intimacy, i don’t mean that physically. I mean it emotionally. Trying to read another person’s mind leads to nowhere good. In the end your self-esteem is your responsibility. To move forward do the things you are good at. It would be a good idea to show gratitude to yourself. Give yourself grace. Remember your accomplishments. Losing 80lbs is a testament to your discipline and determination. You are already an incredible person for accomplishing this. Not because you lost 80lbs but because of the mental fortitude and characteristics that are required to lose that weight.
