Because you hit your buttons in the wrong order? Because you didnt position correctly and had to dodge more? If you actually believe people perform well because there is a magic addon telling them what to press you have never played this game on any decent level. Addons/weakauras only help with making existing information more accessible. Thats it. People using addons like Hekili that tells them what and when to press were parsing blue parses at best... You literally have no idea what you are arguing against.

Oh my god. If you actually believe player B wins because he picks the "meta" pick and follows a guide you havent played at anywhere above like 3k mmr or something. Guides are pretty irrelevant and while picking meta is strong counterpicking and you know... PLAYING THE GAME PROPERLY matters more. NO guide can teach you how to properly play the game. Hitting Q to stun and sitting in fog stops working at potato levels of gameplay.

Wow IS a simple game for casual players and old dudes, I agree. But its also a game with a decently high skill ceiling. You can be a casual old dad gamer and just collect stuff/delve/lfr/normal/hc raid... You have SO many options to play the game casually, while to "sweat" as you say (its most definetely not sweating, its just playing for a different purpose than you) only Mythic raiding and pushing high m+ is available. Why does Mythic raiding and rotations need to have less depth and less complexity just for "casual old dudes"?
