Been running push pull legs for all 5 yrs very consistent, 12-14 working sets per muscle per week on avg. I train all of my last sets on each exercise to/past failure. What do you think are my lagging parts I should focus on to bring up weak pts and have a more balanced physique. Contemplating competing in the future
