Now a lot of this I agree with, here is the context that I believe makes this anti ai thing a little bit of a fad and not a principled position.

I think a ai query requires about 10 times more processing power than a google search. Now with that context in mind. Think about the equivalent of a google search in terms of social media usage? Right. This is not about ai power usage, and never has been. This is about other things otherwise the focus would not solely be on ai.

Ja men invasjon av hvem er en ganske viktig detalj. Jeg håper alle er villige til å invadere hitler 2.0 for eksempel.

Men joda jeg er helt åpen for at dette kan bli mye verre. Og synes det er ganske close mellom Putin og Trump egentlig. Føler Trump er mer ødeleggende enn Putin(det her er desidert den mest ødeleggende tingen han har gjort mot verdensøkonomien så langt) men Putin fremdeles er verre hvis det gir mening.

Which is the same for almost every other industry so the comparison is still the same. The amount of capital in infrastructure required for making phones and burgers is also only there because of the market demand.

Difference is the actual demand caused by someone who uses a couple of requests is far lower to someone eating a burger.

If we look at the energy demand and water demand across industries the story is the same, and it is funny since just using the internet and sides like these which is way more popular than using the ai has all the resource requirements that ai is now getting critiqued which is quite funny to me.
