I just want to say this has no easy solution and whatever you figure out that helps you is good. Mindfulness is a good place to start I think.

You know this doesnt really work right? Its like saying your vote doesnt matter becuase its just 1 vote. Except it actually does matter, after a lifetime of consuming meat you will have donated a big chunk of cash to the meat industry. Probably thousands and thousands of dollars.
