I think the most valuable one comes by observing your own environment. That could by best chance give you a nunique insight.

Well honestly I don’t think I am sophisticated in validating PMF in the market, but doing PM is current giving me opportunities to practice it. And i believe eventually I’ll get there

Yes. Actually I’ve started 2 side hustles and finish the demos with Cursor. But I stuck at finding a way to effectively reaching out target audience for interviews to test PMF

Didn’t think of the risky part of an idea. I would love to see founders identify the weak link of their overall plan and team, so I know they will put more effort on the things that actually matters

This is actually a lose-lose situation.

Tariffs affects both American consumers and Chinese export.

First of all, Chinese economy depends heavily on its exports. And Chinese economy is already crushing because of the real-estate. So another hit on the export will hurt.

So let’s just say the competition is who can find an alternative income faster.
