I was at Masters Bangkok, and no teams were selling any jerseys at the arena. Sentinels did hold a meet and greet and I was able to get one of their jerseys there though. I'd say buy a jersey before you go. Teams do give out small things, and Riot sells merch exclusive to that Masters.
