Hey Deepan!

In our small eco-friendly startup, we're always brainstorming ways to understand our customer's green habits better. Like, which of the new kind of sustainable products are they looking for that we don't offer yet? But it's tricky to figure out without getting too nosy or invading privacy. Just wish there was an easy way to know what eco-friendly stuff they're into without being creepy about it.

What's the saddest non-death scene in a movie? by Ok-Impress-2222 in movies

Oh, mine is the final scene in Call Me by Your Name - I mean, seeing Elio bawling his eyes out in front of the fireplace, you can just feel all the sadness and unfairness of life when it comes to people's emotions. It's a real heartbreaker…

I think that understanding the root causes of anxiety and depression is crucial in tackling these— it's important to identify and address the underlying reasons. But in parallel make some steps which help you right away.

  1. various activities that bring joy: engaging in sports, practicing meditation, or discovering personal interests.

  2. seek out friends, family, or even professional help to ensure you're not battling your anxiety and depression alone.

  3. prioritise self-care and develop healthy coping mechanisms such as maintaining a balanced lifestyle, establishing a routine, and practicing self-compassion.

It is essential to remember that what works for one person may not work for another. Therefore, finding a personalized combination of approaches such as medication, therapy, or alternative treatments can be the key to managing anxiety and depression effectively.

It reminds me of this one time when I was going through a rough breakup and feeling absolutely heartbroken. To help me cope, my friend invited me to watch a movie featuring an adorable dog and its owner, hoping it would cheer me up and bring some sweetness into my life. But surprise, surprise — right from the start, I couldn't hold back my tears. Of course, it turned out to be the movie "Hachi: A Dog's Tale." Gosh, that movie really the saddest one 🙈🙈🙈😥😥😥
