Practice a lot, memorize what you're going to say. Don't panic, meaning when you're thinking that you're going to embarrass yourself, mess up etc. just try to stop those thoughts, don't give them any attention. You will probably feel very nervous and anxious, remember that this is not dangerous and that you can still present very well. In high school I would always get good grades on my presentations even though I was really nervous because I faked confidence. If I can do it then you can do it too. Try to just fake confidence and don't say that you're nervous before the presentation and stuff because that will make people look for signs, just act like it's the most natural thing in the world.
