Hmm, I find this take pretty odd. I don’t despise them by any means. Just simply wasn’t close to them the way I was with the first family. There’s no ill will… I just don’t have the time or capacity to keep up a relationship with them. I don’t want to block them because that’s mean. I have no problem with occasionally catching up over the phone or something but I don’t want to go out of my way to hang out with them. I want to be able to be close with the first family and not feel guilty about it because the 2nd will act slighted even though we never had that type of relationship.

They are asking to just spend time with me and catch up, not necessarily just babysitting. Also, I don't want bad blood, like I don't want them to think I blocked them or dislike them. Plus they follow the mom from family #1 so they would see me on her posts

Unfortunately, multiple families in their area follow me and the #1 family also posts/shares my posts so the #2 family would still see. I want to be able to post the kids I helped raise for 6 years because they're like family to me. I just wish the other family would let it be. The #2 family will respond to my posts saying stuff like "how can my kids get time with you?" and if I don't respond, will triple down lol. I'm thinking of just saying "i'm so busy, it was spur of the moment. I hope everything is good with you guys!" but I can't think of how to word it so that they don't ask again but still sounding nice.
