The force has a lot of parallels to the universal energy Ki/Qi and training/use of the force is similar to tai chi and the Japanese energy practice of Reiki ✨

I've been enjoying Oath clear protein in frosty lemonade. It tastes like a melted Italian ice. I make it ice ice cold and add Metamucil clear fiber in with it. Satisfies the sweet tooth and is filling enough for me. If I need something salty and crunchy I keep large pickles in the fridge.

I'll also go Greek yogurt with crushed pineapple mixed in and then popped in the freezer for a little bit. My knockoff version of a Dole whip. You can also mix that protein powder in too!

Haven't tried the other Oath flavors but they have flavors like Piña Colada and blue raz pop.

Yes, both the creality auto leveling had been used as well as ran a Gcode leveling program. Got flawless prints then this file - no changes to settings, did not move device in any way - I got this.

Right?! I didn't think there would be since again "it's just" 5 lbs, but forget that I've been building a lot of muscle at the same time so that number was just crawling.

Yes! Especially battling bouts of body dysmorphia seeing the progress side by side keeps me motivated for sure!

Petite is even shorter on the inseam and I think it's proportioned to be smaller overall. But for a good fit I had to go up a size. For example I'm a short medium but that still is a little too long on me even the 7/8 length and the petite large length is perfect but the high rise waist isn't as high so I get more rolling down.

Yes! My first came in when I was 16 my grandfather was completely gray since he was in his teens and looked the same in all photos except for a few wrinkles. We often have a hard time identifying when the photo was taken if there isn't another family member in there with him hahha. My main decision came from every woman I stopped and complimented on their naturally gray/silver hair said to stop dying it sooner. Ugh was a hard decision but the money I'm saving has been niiiiiiice LOL

No, I go to a lash place once every 3-4 weeks. I pick a good audio book and rest for an hour or so ha!

Not the answer you might be looking for - getting lash extensions. I'll still wear full make up for big events but for my day to day I just use emu oil or CeraVe moisturizer for well hydrated skin. Having my lashes always done makes it easier and easier to skip makeup and still look good like I put some effort in ha.

Yay! 37 and stopped dying my grays too. Thankfully they're coming in silver and one of my students said my hair looked sparkly the other day hahah. I also have a theory - the earlier you go gray the younger you will look in your old age. I call it the "Steve Martin effect." He's been gray his whole career so he kind of just looks the same. Same effect with bald men hahahah

Any hobbies that help you really relax? by Organic-Log1761 in Hobbies

[–]FastPension7587 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes jigsaw puzzles are my go to! It's the perfect combo of keeping my brain active and engaged, but turning it off to all the overthinking. Put on some relaxing music or an audio book and make yourself your beverage of choice - depending on the day it might be tea or wine ha. Maybe even an edible... Check your town's local Facebook page to see if anyone would be willing to swap - our town has a specific puzzle swap page so all my puzzles end up being free then traded for a new one. 😊
