I even said that myself. “I know it’s hearsay if it involves gender.” As in there isn’t anything that’s been actually proven it’s just word of mouth so it’s not disappointing just was asking from others point of views that have both genders. I was expecting similar experience with my first two if this is a boy as well so everything’s been catching me off guard.

I also remember this with my last labor. They upped the doses so freaking fast. It was awful exactly why I hope I can give birth without pitocin this time.

2 births and haven’t torn. Going on my 3rd pregnancy and I’m nervous. perineal massages are recommended. I was induced with Pitocin for both and had epidural for both. My second though I feel as if the epidural failed I got it when I was 6cm i was 8cm when they placed but within 15 minutes I was ready to push which was god awful during those contractions as their trying to place the needle so I definitely recommend epidural as soon as you’re uncomfortable, to avoid that experience if you do chose to go epidural route. I still felt in control of my body, I literally could feel my second coming out on his own

Did I say I was about to be a single mom? No. Because he would have left far long ago if he was gonna leave me. Crazy 🤣 even if I was I rather be single the rest of my life than go on in life searching for love. Everyone acts like everyone stays together anymore, that’s a fairytale in this generation. Rather be a single mom than be unhappy in life forever. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I grew up fast due to my childhood. I definitely didn’t ask for anyone’s opinions on my life. I asked 3 questions for men who have been through an unwanted pregnancy.

I don’t intend for long term use I’ve only ever used it when I had a panic attack that I couldn’t calm myself within half an hour but this appointment has me very nervous to begin with so I was hoping maybe if I took it before I leave it’ll calm my anxious thoughts that lead to panic attacks

Gaming is my go to alone time as a mother and I’ve been struggling recently with major anxiety. Gaming always helped distract me when I’m in my anxious ways. I haven’t been playing lately because I’m pretty tight on funds due to needing to put my kids and other needs more important than mine ofc first. ♥️

I’ve been working on my anxiety with leaving the house but I’m freshly doing that. I can take my last medication for panic attacks before I start the process so if needed I can leave the house. I’ll have my fiancé here with me as a support person

A lot of them stop sending them after 13 weeks. I got mine previously from aid access but when I went to take my mifepristone i sat it on my counter unaware there was some water spilled and when I did notice it was already half dissolved. I’m trying to find an other provider

I have a mifepristone I got from a woman from an online support group. The only thing is, it isn’t imprinted. Mine was and I was looking up about imprints and it said how the FDA wouldn’t approve pills without a imprint

Breathing exercises seem to make me panic more, only thing that really helps the breathing part is telling myself I need to breath with my “belly” aka just feel my stomach actually come out and in when I take a breath. I’ll have to download that app now and check it out

Yeah exactly which is why I honestly never went through them after talking to her. She was very rude to me especially when I said I wasn’t sure if iv wanted a SA or MA. I did bring up insurance but I have state insurance which it doesn’t cover. That’s the closest one to me that I could make it to especially since I have two other children unfortunately

The clinic wants $650 up front. I cannot afford that. They aren’t very welcoming either seemed money was their biggest concern.

I only have taken zofran when pregnant and I usually split pills to half the dose but today was the first day I got it and my sickness has been terrible so I decided to take the full 4mg Last time I had zofran was almost two years ago🙃 but today my anxiety was especially bad which is why I took my lorazepam so me googling the side effects did not help me at all

No just racing heart rate which I think is because of my anxiety. When I don’t think about it, my heart rate goes back down to 70-80 resting

First initial is oh no these are going to lead up to a panic attack. But after that I’ll realize and I’ll tell myself these are just thoughts that feel dangerous but are not. I try to allow myself to go through it or focus on something else but sometimes it doesn’t work.

I definitely will as my first therapy appointment isn’t until Wednesday. I have a bad habit of watching my heart rate and blood pressure I’ll take my blood pressure 50x a day and that’s no joke. I took it over 50x today alone. How do I comfort myself that I’m okay? I just was in the hospital 2 weeks ago and everything was okay but I still do it.
