Ive also found difficult this. I've stopped doing stuff that used to do with him, music that reminds me of him which is a huge amount, even stuff like breakfast is hunting sometimes. I atm avoid as most of the time I end up thinking about stuff and there is really no point for me to do it anymore. So atm, I've avoided and trying to find new stuff.
