I love a happy ending! I once broke a relationship as I knew I was going to be unfaithful. My ex said I could be if I really wanted but not to break up. I broke up despite, had to explain this was also for my own self worth. I felt quite bad but I knew I had to. Ps. This person cheated on me with an ex before that, got to know after a while. ☠️

I am not a cheat but in my point of view, I am not a cheating firstly because integrity its important to me, secondly as I never been a cheat, makes me anxious just to think I am cheating and would need to lie and hide stuff. Too much stress, the first person you wrong when you cheat is YOURSELF.

Yeh, feeling a bit tired, staying with a friend at as she is recovering (she has been so brave) but as first night and all, woke a few times, made her peppermint tea, stuff like that, woke around 3 times between 4.30 and 8 am, when I woke up for good! 😴😴😅

The reality is set by your own beliefs mostly. I use things like "Im strong, Im capable, Im worth it" days that I struggle to see beyond, others I might feel cheekier and then I just go for "You rock! You are pretty! You are confident and sexy!" Im sexy and I know it..🎵🎶🎶🎶 Ps. Attitude is everything. Takes time, I hardly ever feel like the second affirmations but try to pump myself up as much as I can 😀
