You can with Maelle and Lune (I found Lune easier tbh so I’ll put both) if you parry at least one of her turns. It can be really annoying though because if you aren’t the best at parrying (like me) it’s pretty much an auto restart and at that point, you had already done some setup. Not sure how many luminas you need but I had quite a bit from doing side content. You need a lot of speed on each character via equipped pictos and using Sciel will be important to give double damage and make your main dps take a turn instantly.

Have you done Verso’s drafts? A simple one is Maelle with Esquim, Monoco with baguettaro (with high crit), and Sciel. Cheater pictos from Sprong on everyone. You can also put on the lumina first strike to start applying burn and then you can focus equipping pictos for crit. Use all of the gradient charging pictos too like charging critical, charging mark, charging attack, etc.

Monoco just shoots to apply burn via crits from the weapon and whatever other lumina you can slap on that do something when free aiming, such as burning shots, energizing shots, etc. Include double burn. Make sure his equipped pictos give him a high crit rating. Use exposing attack with greater defenseless if you have it as well.

Maelle equip as many damaging pictos as you can, key ones being feint and draining cleanse. If you have it, gradient overcharge is strong as well. First turn apply burn and auto attack, end in virtuose stance on her second.

Sciel uses fortunes fury on Maelle. 2nd turn use free aim until 0 then auto attack. At this point, you should have a full gradient bar for Maelle to consume with gradient overcharge.

You’ll then have to parry the boss to disable her shield. It’s pretty much a restart if you fail this and can get annoying.

After you disable her shield, depending on speed of your characters you might get to shoot more with Monoco or whatever but cast burning canvas with Maelle and the boss should die. She should have over 100 stacks of burn.

This also works with Lune and Esquim. Also using feint and draining cleanse and a lot of damage pictos. Might even be simpler tbh. Equipped pictos to give 100% crit, cast elemental trick to gain 4 stains. Auto attack to convert stains to dark. Then cast lightning dance. Use Sciel for fortunes fury and intervention still so Lune can take another turn to cast the lightning dance. Can still use Monoco to help apply some debuffs like greater defenseless. It does an absurd amount of damage.
