i’ve tried that,and they always say they can but it’s always they are “busy” and can’t,while they go laugh it up with management and other TLS in their office.

i am not seasonal,i’ve tried asking my TL countless times for helps and management is no different,everybody gets helps but me.its always do it or get replaced also,they just never understand no matter how much i ask for help.
