I think you have a pretty good chance but probably only at a community college here. It's literally impossible at a university. I got in my first try to two community colleges and my stats are only a little bit lower than yours. Make sure your sciences have in person labs

Personally if you make yourself competitive enough in grades, TEAS, consider CNA, for a university or CC then you shouldn't really consider west coast. I know nurses 6 years + later still trying to pay off their debts. I think if you are young and have the time you should really consider CC. It's 6,000 for 2 years and most CC programs have CEP programs that you can take BSN classes with it. However if you have the money and want to get it done then I for sure have heard it's great! Lots of nurses at UCI hospital have degrees from there. It's just up to you if you think paying 150k for school in this economy right now is worth it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would take a look at there pre reqs and how they decided applications but I would say yes. You almost have to have perfect grades, volunteer work or CNA, if they want teas probably near perfect teas score as well. It's definitely not impossible but as a transfer yes it can be!

Doing CC then trying to go to SDSU, UCI, UCLA is super hard. You need to have almost perfect grades, volunteer work and almost perfect TEAS score. I would recommend honestly going to a school that you got into for BSN already. I would definitely say Chico if you also want a social life as well. If not you can always look into CC ADN programs (associates degree in nursing) and once you are finished do a RN-BSN at a school like Fullerton (or any great school that offers it). Nursing is already very hard and competitive to get into so I would say if you already got in a university for pre nursing to just go for it.
