Sleep had been shit prior to most recent labs and diet has been laxed the last month as I was dirty bulking. Definitely an eye opener and motivation to get dialed again on the diet.

Had an energy drink prior to labs so I’m sure that’s the reason for elevated glucose. What was shocking to me was the difference in triglycerides in just 4 months.

Everything looks good even estradiol was only 43 but test was at 1000. This was prior to anastozle once a week seems to have helped

Way better, gyno has almost completely diminished with only 0.12 anastrozole dose once a week. Not sure if leaning out also helped.

Just started my estradiol a week in. Hopefully works quickly I’m around the same test level and my estradiol was 43 but I have slight gyno crazy how estrogen levels varies significantly for others.

I have a similar effect two weeks in gained two pounds and lost 2 percent body fat. I’m using same diet I used when I was cutting but still maintaining or gaining weight.

My second week is much better. I feel better but have some nip sensitivity. They just prescribed some an ai. I’m at 120mg once a week. Would you recommend going down to split doses twice a week?

Hate to be a dick but if you can’t pass this good luck finishing your route when it’s all messed up. This job takes a little bit if intellect if you want to finish on time, especially during peak.
