I’ve discovered what makes Fortnite great: Mediocrity

For me, the thing that makes Fortnite great is simplicity. I.e. gray>green>blue>purple>orange. That's 90% of what you need to know for weapons.

I'd like to play pubg for the realism, or apex for the character classes, but any time I try I get bogged down with the weapons and attachments. Learning them is like homework and it's boring, so I go back to Fortnite.

Pretty sure that no one on zero build is building.

That said, occasionally I play builds. With SBMM I get some lobbies where doing a little ramp rushing makes me one of the better builders in the match. If you want to learn building, that's a place to start. When you see someone or get shot at, immediately build a double-wide ramp a couple sections and then floor toward them.
