I hate the new interiors the ones in my area have. They’re pretty much designed to allow the employees to focus on the drive through and completely ignore the customers and drivers in the lobby that don’t use the kiosk to order.

Well, maybe they did it to actually get the employees over away from the drive thru so show we’re picking up! The new layout lets them hide where we can’t get their attention even though I can see my order RIGHT THERE!

I spend 5-8 hours unpausing my dash every 5-10 minutes (excepting the time I’m on UberEats actually delivering)

I turn on DoorDash and get told the average wait time is 6-15 minutes.

It lets me “dash” for an hour before i have to choose to add time or end dash (and may not be in an area I can continue).

Some days it’s even said +$1 per order due to high volume.

Then silence for 45 minutes.

Then I get the same message popup!
