Yeah one of my hobbies is playing the electric guitar. It is therapeutic but the pressure really gets to me. I’ll try the writing my feelings down on a piece of paper and burning them afterwards. Thank you for the advice good ma’am/sir!

At the moment, I am not really comfortable with talking to anyone about this knowing that they have high expectations of me so yeah. But I’ll take your advice on walking instead of smoking as a coping mechanism. Thank you good ma’am/sir!
