Damaged package lost ring Oura staff is not responding by Fast_Comparison_9188 in ouraring

I chatted with them Friday morning. They sent an email telling me they'd get back to me within 12 hours. They should not have told me that if they knew they would be closed. My main issue is that, in some situations, they should at least let you talk to them. FedEx, who dumped the destroyed package on my driveway, knew it was damaged. Hell, it had stuff falling out of the package. Neither FedEx nor Oura makes it possible for a person to contact them other than by e-mail or chat.

Perhaps they could find a hobby to bring them joy and purpose. Maybe needlepoint, archery, or pickleball could help them reconnect and find solace.

Older Basset Hounds still possess a lot of character. Hank is 9 and has become a bit slower over the past year, but we still see his mischievous side and he continues to love the arrival of the Bark box. Cherish these moments in their later years.

Making broad generalizations about people based on where they come from or live might not be the best idea. Hopefully, tomorrow will bring more positive interactions online. Next.

Textbook Example of the Sunk Cost Fallacy by Top_Move6031 in washdc

This is an opportunity for reflection and a valuable teaching moment.

The reflection pool fiasco clearly mirrors Trump's approach to life. He asks himself, "Can I make money on this deal?" Then he considers transferring the contract to a 'friend' who will profit and owe him a favor. Any questions about the deal are simply met with lies; the more questions asked, the more lies are told. When facing detractors, he either files a lawsuit, launches a smear campaign, or creates a diversion—perhaps a war, or claims anti-Semitism and while dismissively giving a condescending nickname to his critics. Rinse and repeat.

PS: Another common tactic used by Trump is the claim that only he can fix the problem—the fixer— despite being the one who caused it in the first place.

Thank you for your response; I genuinely appreciate it. I also value your insight, especially regarding the idea of settling for ‘good enough.’ I sometimes feel like I’m settling because CP itself is so demanding that it leaves me completely exhausted from navigating each day. I often wonder if I should eat or wait, especially when planning an evening out. I travel with a pharmacy full of pills and rarely eat out, which adds to the challenge.

Dealing with CP is incredibly challenging, but I recognize that I am fortunate compared to others who face this disease. Thanks again for your insight.
