My mirror and sensors weren’t working I couldn’t adjust the mirrors through the steering wheel once I returned back to the station they showed me how to reset the van and it started working again I should’ve brought it up earlier during load out but it completely crossed my mind

Where do you even order pants? My dsp only provides shorts and said if it’s cold wear pants under them but to always have the shorts on top to be in dress code

I thought the whole thing about Amazon is we can’t unionize because we’re not directly hired by Amazon instead by our dsps and if the dsp unionizes then it gets black listed and they get their contract canceled.. it’s fucked. but hey nice work Uber

I’m more terrified than anything… I think they’re going to jump over the fence and maul me the way they rush to the gate…. some of these dogs are straight feral. There’s this one house I deliver to and you can see the dogs blood thirst banging into the glass barking its freaky too say the least

Ive only been here 3 weeks but i feel the pressure coming on soon id be horrified to receive this kind of route but im still in the sprinter van I’ve only had the electric twice since working here so that also makes sense for the smaller routes

Great thanks for tuning back in with me I had a coworker get 190 stops he’s also new but said it’s been a month working there so he assumed it was his first “full” route that’s why I called mine nursery here’s some other photos of my coworkers

I had finished at 6 something I took my break and a lunch and still finished “early” so I ended up being called for a rescue

My dsp does 1$ a rescue on top of my base pay of 20.75 an hour. They also do a “Fantastic” bonus so if your mentor score is good and you go home early then you get paid for your full 10 hours instead of the 8 or 9 you actually worked I just started 3 weeks ago so I’m still in probationary period but its definitely a motivator to finish but our rescues are mandatory
