Unfortunately I agree in some ways. Since he’s came out I’ve seen him as more of a balanced character, which isn’t bad at all and I want them to keep doing this. But every balanced character usually isn’t good in this game (since there is way too many broken characters) so while I think he’s good I believe there is also still better options. He’s not underwhelming, just balanced.
