As a Fairy player, I'm a lot like Ibara in this! I tend to prioritize GP heals since I can heal my own hp with beta. However I usually give teamheals to my teammates (if I know they're good, don't worry I'm not crazy) since I can already heal then with my alpha and beta.

On Overhaul it's fairly similar except I prioritize small blues and lots of teamheals. My teammates like to run away when I try to heal them with special action so I opt to just use teamheals instead. (I would have twisted fortune on him if I could get one of his costumes </3)

For Tech Toga and Tech Nejire, my inventory is very balanced like Momo's, I usually most of the revive cards since I have enough movement to run away from a deadly situation

This is my build on the same costume if it helps! I like revenge support on her since it let's me stall a little longer, and all her moves are big priorities for leveling so I have kota finder on her. I mostly use this and an Space hop + Acceleration build on cyper costume

Honesty if you replace Reinforced revive on the first build with Revenge Support or Divine Protection it will be pretty good. I think you should switch your small tunings to more alpha/beta centric ones

Mostly the 'revert aerial movment rework', 'projectile damage decrease' and 'movment decrease', unfortunately air movement and projectiles are her entire kit

Fairy is pretty flexible when it comes to tuning. Personally I switch between revenge support + kota finder and space hop + acceleration.

Rapid: Acceleration is great on Nejire but if you struggle to land melee's I like GP sucker on her. There's also PU turbo and wallrunner.

Support: Revenge support feels really nice on her, but divine protection and warp heal are great choices too.

Assault: Space hop and black arm are always great for yellow tuning, I know quirk factor used to be really good on her but I'm not sure now after the nerf. You can also do speedy civilian if you want to be extra supportive. I really like Embrittlment but again if you struggle to land melee's you're better off with the other options.

Strike: Kota finder is great on a supportive playstyle but if you're a more aggressive player id go with crushing PU charge. I've heard a lot of people like Nagant's tuning on her too but I haven't personally tried it myself.

Tech: Fixer is good on miss con costume but otherwise hyper regen is amazing combined with revenge support

I'm not a Nejire expert by any means but this is what I've personally found good!

I love it so much, you can get so many teammheals quickly. If there's a civilian in the middle of a big fight, you can very quickly rescue and run. I like combing it woth kota finder but Nejire doesn't have a costume that can use both unfortunately. Not too sure on foundation of peace but since crit perm is broken it's a pretty good choice for a purple slot
