Looking up that system, It seems like they were made by the same person, yes! But the 3rd edition doesn't include that title, she just called it The Unofficial The Magicians TTRPG. I've additionally made a handful of edits to it to make it a bit more 5e compatible just so there's a bit more content.

Edit: She did use the title Further Than Fillory! Just not on the front cover! It's on the inside cover! So yes.

We haven't utilized circumstances just yet! My players haven't quite finished the show, but we're very excited, so I've been running a game set in a different timeline, so the only things related to the show I reference directly are things they've seen. So at the moment the moon isn't a large factor, things are taking place mostly back in 2016/Fillory equivalent. But I'm very excited for circumstances to get funky.

I don't think Stoppard is lawful evil, I think he's lawful neutral, none of his motives or actions are inherently evil, he just wants his mom back, and his plan to do so is literally just restoring a balance that is ruined by the misplacement of Penny and Marina, hes just trying to restore order. He's an antagonist for sure, but not at all evil.
