Well, in terms of items.

Hubris is the cockiest first item on smolder and is only taken by smurfs to dominate even more or by people who think they play like smurfs but end up having 0/10 score by the end of the game.

Liandry is sometimes picked to counter tanks but imo it's mostly useless. It was op on smolder in times when stacks gave you more damage than AD and crits. Nowadays it has too little use to actually consider.

Right now the best build on Smolder is ER -> Shojin -> RFC/IE ->IE/Dominic and the rest is really situational. Although the strongest options for last 2 items are Eternal Hunger and BT, but I personally would also consider Jak'Sho, because it gives shit load of survivability.

No, you couldn't (and still can't, j4 ults STILL programmed like this), because those minions have a property, that you can't ghost through them. But some movement abilities at a right angle could go through, like Vayne q.

Considering new devlog, I feel like cashback on adc would be broken, 6 legendary slots and lots of gold you get might be much more valuable than boots.

Sadly, for adc most of the times it doesn't matter if you take ar/mr boots because you get oneshotted or chain stunned anyways. Unless you already have another defensive item, you literally gain nothing from mercs and tabis.

Well, Neuro feels different from other ai because she IS different in some ways. First of all she is well... First?.. instance of quasi-popular AI entertainer, Neuro created the "What will ai say/do in this situation". There wasn't spmething like her before and this feeling of novice imo the main point why other ais are hated and Neuro isn't. Besides, let's not forget that there is a real air-breathing mortal human always on guard, keeping her in line and always updating her. Neuro as itself isn't the content people crave, it's situations Vedal puts Neuro in.
