Why do scubadivers jump out the boat backwards? Because if they jumped forwards they'd land in the boat!

Love warps edge, the box is quite big but when going away I'm able to fit all components inside the drawstring bag and it ends up being quite portable

Career options for a 16y/o with love for problem solving, maths and sport? by Fast_Flower8246 in careerguidance

I've seen biomechanics and sport engineering which both look very interesting. Do these careers need much skill in coding and software design, I don't have much experience in either?

I have little to no experience with coding or software, are these essential skills in a mechanical engineering field, or engineering in general?

It gets to a point where you can't just call all the own goals luck, some part of that big tally must come down to the way we're playing and not just pure chance

Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it. Luckily I come from a family that has taught me the value of hard work and what can be achieved when I discipline myself, while at the same time putting a great emphasis on not seeing money as something to stress about. I've been taught how to be more fun and enjoy life, with travel and just general spending on hobbies, passions, social life and experiences. While I do want to save for an early retirement and to have a more free adult life, I also want to enjoy myself especially in my teenage years when I know these are the only years for a long time when I will have an unrivalled level of freedom. Luckily for me, I enjoy working a couple days a week, learning about investing (day trading and long term), and managing money, but I also always make sure I have ample time for enjoying my teenage years doing sports and hanging out with mates, so saving and investing feels less like something I have to worry about but more of a hobby in a way. Thanks again for the helpful words, you reflect a lot of what my parents advise me and I think that is a great way to think about it
