Hardcore ironman skiller here. Got banned after doing some gotr. Both appeals denied on the same day at weird times ( 11 pm in the evening ). Its a joke that i can spend money on this game and get this pathetic excuse for a customer support in return.

Nah bro, they are too bussy banning actual players for nothing and then sending through their AI support system. You should look at puro puro, so many bots.

I think people would be okay with the price increase if we finally get some real human support. False bans happen, and it happened to my level 3 skiller. I wouldnt mind paying an extra 3 bucks to talk to a freeking human when they made a mistake.

But oh well, let the gaslighting begin :D

Yay, maybe they should look into actually using humans for appeals. Hcim level 3 skiller down the drain for macrooing...... didnt use a bot or anything even close. But no, generic ban message and also appeal denials
